How can I return the product?
In order to prevent any problems that may occur until the delivery of the product to you, we kindly ask you to check the products you ordered before receiving your order from the cargo officer. Perishable products, food products, single-use products are products that cannot be returned due to their nature and you will not be able to benefit from the right to return these products.
In terms of returnable products, the use of the right to return means that the packaging of the product is unopened, intact, unbroken, not torn; It is subject to the conditions that the product has not been used and that there is no shortage of accessories. In addition, the products to be returned must be delivered with the original invoice of the product.
Unjustified product return request must be made in writing, including your order number, within 14 days following the delivery of the goods to you.
The products to be returned must be delivered to us via the cargo company that Mim Tea Rituals works with.
Product returns that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted by us as Mim Tea Rituals.
You must return the damaged, opened, torn, packaged products or the products that you notice to be broken or damaged to the cargo officer without receiving them.

How many days is the return period?
You can return the product you have purchased in 7 (seven) days from the delivery date without opening/destroying/destroying the packaging of the product you have received, as you received it.
When will I be paid for the product I returned?
After receiving the returned products, the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card within 7 (seven) business days. Due to banks, it may take longer for the amount to reflect on your card.

Problem with delivery
Mim Tea Rituals compensates for the damage in case the package is damaged during transportation in shipments made with a private cargo company.
In case the damaged package reaches you, the products should not be received and a report should be made with the cargo officer.
After the package is received by you, it is deemed to be accepted that the cargo company has done its duty properly.
